I'm Tish Reed, an acrylic painter and expressive art guide. These cards are rooted in the same mindful, playful practices and prompts that helped me discover my creative voice and style. I’m an acrylic painter, expressive art guide, and the heart behind Create2Breathe™.
For over 15 years, I’ve explored painting as a way to connect—with color, with feeling, and with the deeper parts of my spirit that words can’t always reach.
My process is intuitive, playful, and emotionally rich. I believe creativity is a form of self-care—one that helps us breathe a little deeper and experience MORE JOY.
Through my art and classes, I help other creatives let go of overthinking, rediscover the joy of painting, and create from a place of presence, PLAY and inner trust.
